Swarms and extractions

We have helped numerous people (and bees!) from Truro west to Land's End. Swarm collection is free, although a donation to the charity "Bees Before Profit", would be appreciated. The bees will be relocated to a specific swarm apiary, to ensure they are fit and healthy, before being finally housed at one of our specially selected apiary sites. If you have a problem with honey bees, or have spotted a swarm, then please call us. Bees have been safely removed and re-housed from a variety of locations, including:
  • Compost bins
  • Chimneys
  • Gardens
  • Timber structures
  • Trees
For those who have persistent issues with swarms, the careful placement of bait hives can often prove beneficial and will capture swarms before they become settled in awkward and unwanted places.
